Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid plans of QALens AI. Free usage (the anonymous preview and free accounts) is not affected because no payment is taken.
1. Payments
When paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed through Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
2. Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription payment, contact us at contact@qalens.ai for a full refund. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable.
3. How to request a refund
- Email contact@qalens.ai from the email on your account.
- Include the date of the charge and a short reason for the request.
- We will reply within a few business days and, if approved, process the refund through Stripe.
4. Recurring subscriptions
Already-paid billing periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.
5. When refunds may be declined
- The 24-hour window has passed.
- The account shows clear abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms of Service.
- The charge is a chargeback dispute already opened with the card issuer.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws that apply to you (for example, consumer protection laws in your country).
